Apple Cranberry Pie 
    
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese Softened
1/2 cup Splenda divided
1 egg
2 cups sliced and peeled apples
1/2 cup halved cranberries
Directions
1.  Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup of Splenda until well blended. 
 
2.  Blend in egg. 
3.  Pour into the pastry shell.  
4.  Toss apples, cranberries and 1/2 tsp. of the cinnamon together.  
5.  Spoon over the cream cheese mixture.  
6.  Mix flour, oats, remaining 1/4 cup Splenda, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon then cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  
7.  Spoon over the fruit mixture.
8.  Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 mins. or until lightly brown.
