Sugar Free Vanilla Cake

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1/2 c. butter
1 whole egg
1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
2 egg whites
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Splenda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

1.  In a medium bowl, add butter and stir while adding Splenda to it.

2.  Fold vanilla into the mixture along with the eggs addin one at a time.

3.  When mixed well, add flour and baking powder, alternatin the two.

4.  Once flour and baking powder are added, pour milk slowly into the mixture while stirring continuously.

5.  Continue stirring until the batter has a smooth texture.

6.  Grease a 9X9 inch baking pan and dust with some flour.

7.  Pour the cake batter into the cake baking dish and place in a 350° F preheated oven.

8.  Bake the vanilla cake for about 30 - 40 minutes.

9.  When the cake turns a golden brown take it out of the oven and test with a toothpick to check whether it is done fully.
