Banana Bars 
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Splenda
2 bananas 
1/2 cup margarine 
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
Directions
1.  Cream together the margarine and Splenda, add eggs, vanilla, milk and bananas; making sure it is mixed well.
2.  Add the flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
3. Greese the bottom of a 9x13 in. pan; dust with flour.
5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. 
6.  Let the banana bars cool then serve.
*  For a variation try using agave nectar in place of Splenda for a more moist texture.  These can also be served with your favorite frosting or icing.  Try our sugar free cream cheese frosting recipe for a taste!  You can also serve with fresh bananas which makes a nice display for entertaining company.  They will be impressed to learn that this is a sugar free dessert.
