Double Pie Crust Recipe 
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup butter
5 Tbs. cold water
Directions
1. Combine flour and salt in medium bowl.
2.  Cut in butter until all flour is blended to form pea size chunks.
3.  Sprinkle with water 1 tbs. at a time and toss lightly with a fork until dough will form a ball.
4.  Bake with desired pie as directed with that recipe.
*This recipe makes enough crust for an 8"-9" pie.  Don't over stir the dough or it will cause the pie crust to be tough and not flaky.
